Spanish-English Dual Language Program
Our Spanish-English Dual Language Program has one class on each grade level in kindergarten through fifth grades. Kindergarteners applying to general admissions at P.S. 316 should use the program code 17K316KG on their application. Kindergarteners applying the Spanish-English Dual Language program should use the program code 17K316SP on their application.

You may apply to both by putting both program codes on your application.

Students in grades 1 through 5 who are applying to our school, may be considered for the dual language program.

‍ASD Nest Program
‍Our ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) Nest Program has one Nest class on each grade level from Kindergarten through Fifth grade. These classes are designed to “nest” high academically performing children with autism in fully inclusive classrooms. As a specialized model of ICT (Integrated Co-Teaching), these classes have two teachers, a special-education teacher and a general-education teacher. This program is a collaboration between New York City Department of Education and New York University

Gifted and Talented
The NYC Department of Education’s Gifted & Talented program offers accelerated instruction to eligible elementary school students in New York City.
